About Us
Thank you for your interest in New Life Baptist Church. We are a newly planted church in rural Garnett, Kansas. Located at 705 S. Westgate Rd. We are four blocks west of Hwy 59 at the end of West 7th. St.
We held our first Sunday Morning service on Christmas Day, 2005, with several guests and old friends in attendance. We would like to invite you to visit with us and see for yourself that without apology, we are a friendly church that loves the Lord and the preaching and teaching of His Holy Word.
Independent - Fundamental
As an independent, Bible-believing church, our only authority is the Word of God. We preach and teach from the King James Version and joyfully sing the traditional hymns out of the "All American Church Hymnal." Our stance is conservative but we are neither "stuffed shirts" nor legalistic.
We follow after the fundamentals of the Baptist distinctives, believing in salvation by the grace of God through faith in Jesus Christ, baptism by immersion, and eternal security in the shed blood of our Lord and Savior. We believe that all who hear the Word of God can understand His love and gift of salvation. We believe that all who are saved and scripturally baptized into the family of God should faithfully attend a local New Testament church where they can learn to live a Christ-centered, Spirit-filled life.

Our Pastor
Pastor Rick Randall retired from the United States Marine Corps in 1996 after 20 years of honorable service. He attended Heritage Baptist University, Indianapolis, IN., and was ordianed to preach on April 21, 1996, at Shawnee Mission Baptist Temple, Shawnee Mission, KS. He and his wife Cynthia were married in Flint, MI., in 1970 and they have two children, and six perfect grandchildren.
